Shipping policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods or launches, processing may take a little longer. Once shipped, delivery time depends on the courier and destination.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We begin processing quickly, so edits may only be possible within a short window. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately at hello@jackieandclaudie.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Returned / Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because the address provided was incomplete/incorrect or delivery could not be completed, we may charge a restocking and/or re-delivery fee before reshipping.
Lost or Missing Parcels
Jackie and Claudie is not liable for parcels that are lost or stolen after being marked “Delivered” by the courier. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please check with your building management/mailroom/neighbours first, then lodge a report with the courier and, where relevant, local authorities.
Partial Shipments & Out-of-Stock Items
If your order contains an out-of-stock item, we may hold the order and ship everything together once all items are available, unless we notify you otherwise.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
Shipping fees (unless stated otherwise) do not include any import duties, customs charges, or local taxes. These costs, if applicable, are paid by the customer. For estimates, please check with your local customs office.
