Eligibility Window
Online orders can be returned within 14 days from the date you receive your parcel. Approved returns are issued as store credit via a Jackie and Claudie Gift Card.
How to Start a Return
Email hello@jackieandclaudie.com with your order number (or proof of purchase). We’ll respond within 5 business days with the return steps and the mailing address.
Please don’t send items back before receiving return instructions — parcels sent without a return request may not be accepted.
Return Shipping & Risk
Return shipping fees are paid by the customer. We’re not responsible for parcels that go missing before they reach us, so we recommend using a tracked courier service.
Store Credit Amount & Validity
Once we receive and check the returned item(s), we’ll issue store credit equal to the item price paid. Original shipping fees are not credited, and any applicable restocking charges are excluded.
Your Jackie and Claudie Gift Card will be valid for 6 months from the date the return is processed.
Item Condition Rules
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be returned exactly as received:
- unworn, unwashed, unused
- unopened, unmarked
- tags still attached
- in original packaging
- Items purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set.
Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- sale/discounted items (including promotional periods)
- gift cards
- any item stated as non-returnable
- These purchases are final. Items purchased using store credit are also final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Received
Please check your order upon arrival. If something is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact hello@jackieandclaudie.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
We may request photos or other details to assess the issue. Items must remain in original condition (unused, unwashed, tags attached, original packaging) for review.
If a replacement is unavailable, we may issue store credit or a cash refund, depending on the situation.
Refund Method
Refunds are generally provided as store credit and not returned to your original payment method, except where applicable for confirmed damaged/defective/incorrect items.
